Lithium
Surface Metals thru its subsidiaries, ACME Lithium US Inc. is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing battery metal projects in partnership with leading technology and commodity companies.
Recent findings at ACME’s Clayton Valley Nevada lithium brine project estimate an inferred lithium carbonate equivalent resource of approximately 302,900 metric tons. At Clayton Valley, ACME has acquired and is under option to acquire a combined 100% interest in 119 claims totaling approximately 2,230 acres adjacent to the only current lithium production in the United States.
ACME’s Fish Lake Valley project (FLV) is the second project located in Esmeralda County, just to the west of Clayton Valley across the foothills. FLV is a sedimentary clay project with 82 mining claims held totaling approximately 1694 acres that is drill ready after a multi-phase exploration program.

HOW IT'S USED
Lithium powers rechargeable batteries in electronics including cell phones, laptops, cameras, tools, and most notably, electric vehicles (EVs).

Where it comes from
Lithium is found in rocks and clays as well as brine that is taken from underground pools and then extracted.

Why it matters
EV sales increase every year and consumers can expect to see prices drop as the market grows. And the star in EV production? Lithium, of course.

BUILDING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER
ACME Lithium is poised to take on this rapid growth in a changing world with multiple projects in North America.
In Nevada, we have acquired, or are under option to acquire a combined 100% interest in 119 claims totaling approximately 2,230 acres at our lithium brine project in Clayton Valley. To the east is Fish Lake Valley, our sedimentary clay project with 207 mining claims held totaling approximately 4,139 acres. ACME has entered into an earn-in and option agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp. to acquire 100% interest in the Fish Lake Valley project. Both projects are located in a region that has hosted continuous lithium mineral production since 1966 and recent findings at Clayton Valley estimate an inferred lithium carbonate equivalent resource of approximately 302,900 metric tons.

“To retain a competitive [automotive industry] manufacturing base,
the U.S. needs a competitive EV industry supported by lithium battery manufacturing” i

i
AN OPPORTUNITY THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE
Just a few countries dominate lithium production, but reserves are found around the world. In the U.S. and Canada, both governments are actively focused on building a domestic lithium supply chain with North American automakers to produce electric vehicles.
